To Offer high quality products to our clients is our main objective which lead us to the search for optimal quality standards, the meticulous development and the strict control of the processes. To achieve this goal, from Oleorresinas Mar Menor are making an effort at all points of the process, from receipt of raw material until it reaches the customer, giving special attention to the food safety and food security aspects.
In fact, since October 2011, we implemented a Food Safety System that according to their very strict requirements, it received the ISO 22.000:2005 for Production and packaging of paprika, blending and packaging of oleoresins and distribution of spices.
Following in search of the process excellence, we increased the Requeriments of the Food Safety System adding items of Food Defense. So we are certificates since January 2015 in FSSC 22.000 (UKAS acreditation) for production and packaging of paprika and blending and packaging of oleoresins; we are keeping the ISO 22.000:2005 for distribution of spices.
Because the controls are more and more demanding, we have an internal laboratory which utilizes the most advanced technology to analyse and ensure the quality of the supplied products.
